
Strategic plans
Our Future Shape Strategy was published in March 2026 and makes three commitments which we’ll deliver by 2031:
- We’ll provide social homes to meet housing need
- We’ll provide good landlord services
- We’ll be an efficient organisation that maximises our impact
The actions that we’ll take to deliver these commitments, and our approach to managing any risks are set out in nine detailed strategic plans which also span 2026-31.
