Keeping your home in a good condition is a joint effort. If something needs fixing and it's our responsibility to carry out the repair, please report it to us.
How to report a repair
For emergency repairs, where there is an immediate danger to you or members of the public, please call us on 0300 456 9996 and we'll attend within 24 hours.
For all non-emergency repairs, the quickest way to report a repair is by using our online form.

Making a complaint
You can make a complaint if you've reported a repair and the work has been completed, but you're unhappy with how we dealt with it – and we'll try our best to put things right.
