How to report a repair
For emergency repairs, where there is an immediate danger to you or others, call us on 0300 456 9996 and we'll attend within 24 hours.
For non-emergency repairs, the quickest way to report it is online.

When to make a complaint
If you've already reported a repair and feel we haven’t dealt with it properly, you can make a complaint.
We’ll review what’s happened and work with you to put things right.
