Report a new repair

Please note that as the pandemic is easing, we are experiencing very high demand for repairs, while at the same time there are national shortages of the materials and labour we need to complete these.


Unfortunately this means there is a longer wait at the moment for non-urgent work, so we aren’t able to take online requests. Please contact customer service on 0300 456 9996 to report a repair.


We’re sorry – we know this is frustrating and we’re recruiting within the customer service team to fix this. We will be accepting online repair requests again as soon as we are able to. Please check here for any further updates.
