L&Q's corporate strategy: Our Future Shape

Find out what we want to achieve between 2026 and 2031, our three strategic commitments and the plans we're using to deliver them.

Our Future Shape 2026-31

Our Future Shape 2026-31 is L&Q's five-year corporate strategy. It sets out what we want to achieve and how we'll improve homes and services.

Our aim is to provide social homes and landlord services that everyone can be proud of.

We know how important it is to have a safe, secure and affordable home. Our strategy focuses on providing good-quality homes, delivering reliable services and listening to residents.

It also sets out how we'll make sure we can keep investing in homes and communities in the future.

Our three commitments

Our strategy has three commitments. These guide what we do and how we make decisions.

We'll provide social homes to meet housing need

We want more people to have access to affordable, good-quality homes.

We're committed to:

  • providing social homes that are affordable to rent and live in
  • increasing the number of social homes where housing need is greatest
  • making sure homes are safe, well maintained and energy efficient
  • offering clear and fair tenancy agreements
  • providing a consistent standard across all homes and shared areas

We'll provide good landlord services

We want you to receive services that are easy to access, reliable and focused on your needs.

We're committed to:

  • providing a clear service offer so you know what to expect from us
  • delivering services consistently and on time
  • making it easier to contact us and get support
  • listening to you and using feedback to improve services
