Establishing our data architecture*

We'll improve how we organise and manage information so colleagues can find and use accurate, reliable data. This will help us work more efficiently and improve our services.

Embedding data governance and culture*

We'll make sure colleagues understand their responsibilities for managing, using and protecting information.

This will help us use accurate information consistently and keep it safe.

Modernising reporting and analytics*

We'll give colleagues better tools to create reports and use information safely and consistently.

We'll also improve how we use data to understand trends, predict future needs and plan services for residents.

Information and cyber security

We'll strengthen how we protect residents' personal information and L&Q's information from cyber threats.

We'll improve our security systems and monitoring, provide better training for colleagues and make sure our suppliers meet our security standards.
