Building knowledge and assurance

We'll continue surveying homes to build an accurate picture of their condition.

We'll use this information to plan improvements, manage risks and make sure our investment delivers value for money.

Standards and framework

We'll introduce L&Q's Single Homes Standard and make sure our wider investment standards meet legal and regulatory requirements.

These standards will help us maintain and improve homes so they're safe, decent and sustainable.

Long-term home investment

We'll plan investment in homes over the next 30 years to help maintain their quality and value.

We'll regularly review our financial plans, manage risks and seek external funding where available. This will help us meet legal requirements and continue investing in homes over the long term.

Safe, decent, sustainable homes

We'll make sure our investment programme meets legal and regulatory requirements for building safety, home quality and sustainability.

These include the Building Safety Act, Awaab's Law and the Decent Homes Standard.

Resident outcomes, engagement and assurance

We'll improve residents' homes and their experience of planned improvement works.

Through our Major Works investment programme, we'll share information about future work, involve residents in the process and work with our delivery partners to improve communication and services.
