Supported Housing
What Supported Housing is
If you or one of your loved ones are struggling to manage in their own home, our range of Supported Housing offers you the independence of your own flat or bungalow with the addition of care and support should you need it.
Each property has a pull cord or pendant alarm system linking you to our 24/7 telecare TrustCall service.
Scheme managers are available at some locations and are on hand to provide additional support and make regular checks on residents' wellbeing.
How Supported Housing works
As well as the independence and privacy of your own flat or bungalow, you'll have access to communal lounges, kitchens, dining areas and maintained gardens.
You're also free to have visitors come and go as you please, and entry to the schemes is via a secure electronic fob system.
What Supported Housing costs
We have 19 sheltered housing and three extra care schemes across Trafford, so you can stay close to your community, family and friends.
You’re free to have visitors come and go as you please and entry to the schemes is via a secure electronic fob system.
You’re also free to drop in on the luncheon club, make an appointment with the visiting hairdresser, or take part in any of the social and wellbeing activities on offer.
Prices start from £100 per week depending on which sheltered accommodation or extra care scheme you choose.
Remembering the good old days
To help support people with dementia, the Reminiscence Room in our Fiona Gardens scheme provides a familiar space for customers to relax and connect with the past.
Care you can trust
Your physical and emotional wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.
