Introducing our new Executive Group Directors

We’re sorry to announce that Gerri Scott, our current Executive Group Director for Customer Services, will retire in April. 

We’ll be splitting her role, creating a separate Property Services division, which will continue to deliver our priorities of investing in and improving the way we deliver maintenance and property services.

David Lewis will take up the role of Executive Group Director for Property Services, with the responsibility for delivering our repairs and planned maintenance services and Matt Foreman will take up the role of Executive Group Director for Customer Services, with responsibility for our Customer Contact Centre, housing management services and the L&Q Foundation.

David joined L&Q in 2020 as Director of Property Services and has led our preparations for our huge Major Works Investment Programme. This will make sure every resident has a safe and decent home in which to live.

Matt joined us in March 2022 as Interim Director of Operations and Integration at Trafford Housing Trust. He’s played a vital role in maintaining excellent customer service levels in the North West as we move towards becoming one organisation from April.
