Latest rules for public procurement
In February 2025, the Procurement Act 2023 introduced new regulations that changed how public bodies buy goods and services.

Our payment process: No purchase order, no pay
We operate a strict “No purchase order (PO), no pay” policy. This means:
- you must quote a valid PO number on your invoice
- invoices without a PO will not be paid and will be returned
Living Wage employer
We’re a Living Wage accredited employer, and we expect our suppliers to meet the same commitment in line with our terms.
