Resident support policies

These policies outline what help we can offer residents facing personal, health, or financial challenges.

They set out how we may provide tailored assistance, like a reasonable adjustment.

They also explain how we work with partner organisations to get support for residents who need it.

  • Domestic Abuse policy

We believe no one should live in fear of harm or control from someone close to them.

Our policy places the safety and wellbeing of survivors at the centre, using a trauma-informed approach to recognise and address different forms of abuse swiftly.

It also shows how we aim to protect and empower survivors to regain control of their lives through confidential reporting, risk assessments, and clear communication.
