Support for you as the cold weather sets in

With temperatures plummeting, we want to make sure you know where to find a warm, safe space this winter.

We are part of the national charity, Warm Welcome Campaign, which brings together organisations across the UK to create accessible warm spaces in every community.

While we fund and run three hubs, Warm Welcome Spaces shares thousands of registered hubs across the country, with most people living within a 20-minute walk to one of them.

To find your nearest hub, please visit Find a Space. You don’t have to be an L&Q resident to attend, the hubs are open to all.

The Warm Welcome Campaign began as a response to the fuel crisis in 2021 to keep people warm through the winter and has since grown into a movement helping communities to reconnect.

Last year, Warm Welcome hubs hosted 2.6 million visits and more than 5,300 spaces.

Anyone is welcome to drop in for a free tea or coffee, company or simply to sit and charge your phone using our free, high-speed, WiFi.
