What's included in our Board meeting summaries

Our Group Board oversees how we are run, makes important decisions and drives us to perform well.

The Board meets regularly. We publish summaries of its meetings so you can see:

• who attended
• what was on the agenda
• what was discussed
• what decisions were made

Information we may not publish

We want to share as much information as we can, but there are times when we may need to leave information out of a published meeting summary.

This could include:

• someone's personal information
• information about legal matters
• information about contracts or commercial negotiations

This allows us to be open about the Board's work while protecting residents, colleagues and our partners.
