What Homecare is

Homecare (also commonly known as home care, domiciliary care, social care or in-home care) is supportive care or health care provided by a professional caregiver in the client's own home.

We offer and provide our industry-leading homecare in Trafford and the borough's surrounding areas. This includes the entirety of Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, Timperley, Urmston and, where possible, parts of Stockport and South Manchester too.

Here at L&Q Living Homecare, we take huge pride in our ability to select and train carers that are precisely that; caring.

Above all else, our whole team cares deeply about the loved ones we're entrusted to support in the areas of their life that may have become a little more challenging.

Whether that’s joining them on a social visit to their favourite place, a trip to help with groceries or popping in for a wellbeing visit for a cuppa, we’re here to support them.

How Homecare works

The choices around your loved one's care at home are essential to us. They are at the centre of every decision that is made when it comes to their support package.

We'll talk you through the various funding options and support you to find out if your loved one is eligible for financial assistance.

We'll then guide you through this process so that you are clear about what is needed.

From supporting your loved ones with the weekly shop, taking them to visit friends or their favourite places,  to liaising with external partners around equipment that may be needed.

We're here to help you and your loved ones get exactly what you need when it’s needed.
