Our most recent annual resident reports provide all the latest information on how we're performing against our Customer Promise and what steps we're taking to improve.

We also have Homelife, our monthly e-newsletter for L&Q residents, which includes regular updates on what residents are doing across the business and how others can join in. 

Our annual resident conference takes place in May each year and is open to residents on our resident involvement mailing list. The conference is an opportunity to meet and collaborate with our Senior Leadership team and other residents on important topics.
