CleanStart is a social enterprise that provides a range of services in our Trafford and North West neighbourhoods and homes. This includes grounds maintenance, caretaking, domestic cleaning and property services.
About CleanStart
We aim to create sustainable neighbourhoods for the long term by addressing the wider social and economic issues that contribute to the local community.
As part of this service, we employ, train, and nurture local people - some of whom may find it difficult to secure employment elsewhere.
How the CleanStart employment programme works
The CleanStart employment programme offers 12-18 month employment contracts to ex-offenders, ex-military personnel, care leavers, long-term unemployed and other individuals who have support needs that other employers may not understand.
The goal is to support individuals in gaining employment, maintaining employment and moving into further employment.
To facilitate this, we offer wrap-around support to help remove potential barriers to future employment and improve the wellbeing of individuals.
