Since we introduced plastic swipe cards they are proving to be a popular way to pay. There are at least 18,000 outlets in the areas where we own or manage homes, so finding somewhere near home or work to make a payment should be easy.

Payments can be made where you see these signs:

Many of the PayPoint outlets are corner shops, newsagents or garages with extended opening hours to make paying more convenient for you. Just look out for the distinctive logos. Our Revenue teams also have details of where all the outlets are located.

Every time we offer a new tenancy we will issue a swipe card automatically, we will also replace any that get lost or damaged. Just ask your Revenue officer if you need a replacement.

Easy to use

Using the card is easy - just take your card and money (usually cash but the Post Office® and some of the other outlets will take a cheque) to your chosen PayPoint outlet. Your card will be swiped through a magnetic card reader and a receipt issued for your payment. The amount of the payment will then be credited to your account, usually within 24 to 48 hours from the day of payment.
