Neighbourhood and estates policies

Our neighbourhood and estate policies detail ways we keep communal areas clean and welcoming.

They explain how we tackle issues like litter, fly-tipping, vandalism, cleaning, landscaping and general upkeep through regular maintenance, clear standards and regular checks.

They also include information about parking and garages.

It outlines what residents are responsible for and how we deal with items that appear to have been abandoned.

We aim to handle these situations safely, fairly and in line with our responsibilities as a landlord.
