Upcoming system upgrades which may affect you

As part of our ongoing improvements, we’ll be introducing some important updates to our online systems over the coming weeks.

 

Here’s what you need to know:

Website and resident portal

From now until 11 April 2025, our website and online resident portal may be unavailable for short periods while we upgrade our systems.

 

Account balance and transactions

Between 4 April 2025 and 11 April 2025, your rent account balance and transaction details may appear out of date. If you need the most up-to-date information during this period, please contact our customer service centre.

 

Important changes to account balance text services

We’re updating how you check your account balance for homeowners (this includes shared owners, leaseholders, MyChoice and HomeBuy). From 5 April 2025, you will no longer be able to check your account balance by text message. Instead, you’ll need to access this information through your online account.

For all other residents, our rent balance text service will be unavailable from 4 April to 7 April 2025 while we carry out these updates.

From 8 April 2025, you will need to text RNT BAL followed by your tenancy reference number to +44 7380 321 420 to request your balance.

For example, if your tenancy reference number is 1234, text RNT BAL 1234 to +44 7380 321 420. If you text the old number, you will receive a message redirecting you to the new service.
