Delivering our shared ambitions in the North West

As many of you will know, L&Q and Trafford Housing Trust (THT) started working together back in 2016, and since then we have worked ever more closely together to make a real difference to residents and communities in Trafford and beyond.

We have now come together as one organisation, as Trafford Housing Trust fully integrated into L&Q at the end of March.

L&Q’s top priority continues to be providing the excellent local services that are really important to our residents and communities in the North West and South East. Our ambitious development plans include the delivery of significant numbers of new and affordable homes in the North West region in the years ahead.

THT had a proud ethos of partnership working across Greater Manchester and the wider North West and this will continue through L&Q. Developing our work with new and established partners in Trafford will be vital to meet the changing and challenging needs of local neighbourhoods. We’ll continue playing a key role in the Greater Manchester Housing Providers (GMHP) partnership and will work with GMCA, the Mayor and local authorities on our shared ambitions for Greater Manchester.
