Awards recognition for L&Q

We are delighted to announce that L&Q's Customer Service Centre and Income Management teams have been shortlisted for 12 awards at this year’s UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF).


Ashley Bryant, Customer Service and Revenue Director at L&Q, said:

“I am delighted that our brilliant teams have been shortlisted for so many categories in this year’s awards. It’s fantastic recognition of the great work that they do every day when delivering services to our residents.  I am very proud to work with such great people.”


The UKCCF provides a platform for call centre and customer service professionals to meet and share ideas at a local level across six regions.

The categories are:

  • Going the extra Mile
  • Support person of the year
  • Support team of the year
  • Customer Service team of the year
  • Team Leader of the year
  • Team Leader of the year
  • Agent of the year
  • Agent of the year
  • Industry newcomer of the year
  • Large contact centre of the year

Winners will be announced at a ceremony in November 2022.
