L&Q is delighted to announce that the Pavilions has won a prestigious Housing Design Award.

The Pavilions is an attractive PRS led residential community located between Islington and King’s Cross. The development comprises 156 homes, including 56 affordable rented flats to help meet local housing need.

Built in July 2018 by Telford Homes, the scheme has sustainability at its heart, with generous open spaces planted with trees, green roofs to encourage biodiversity, and solar panels.
