If you own your home outright, it's likely that L&Q will allow you to sublet. We do however have to check your lease and ensure that there are no restrictions prohibiting subletting.
If L&Q own the freehold of your property and the lease prohibits subletting, we can work with you to amend this lease. You will require a formal Deed of Variation which legally amends your lease. This is a permanent amendment. You would be responsible for all legal costs, including L&Q's fees.
