Tom joined L&Q in 1999 and took responsibility for providing expert advice and guidance on people management issues throughout L&Q. This included organisational change, recruitment and selection and all other people matters.
A large part of his role has been the development of L&Q's employee brand, our people, that has assisted the organisation in being recognised by the Sunday Times and Financial Times on numerous occasions, in addition to various other accolades that has made L&Q an employer of choice.
Tom has also played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions and as part of the senior management team for the development and delivery of the HR strategy. Tom has successfully added value and made a difference to the growth of the business by implementing effective human resource strategies in line with business objectives, in harmony with the management team and other key stakeholders.
Tom has previously worked in HR roles within both public and private sector organisations, including Railtrack and Racal Electronics.
