We gathered the views of more than 4,000 residents

51% were social rented residents

26% were shared owners

12% were supported living residents

11% were other affordable rented residents

70% via telephone interview

21.5% via online surveys

8.5% via postal questionnaires

Our surveys were carried out in four stages at different times of the year
