The L&Q mission statement is “Creating places where people want to live” so building quality communities is just as important to us as the bricks and mortar of our homes.

We have a section on Good Neighbours and a lot of information for you about Anti-Social Behaviour because we recognise that your community will only be as good as the people who live there.

We have included sections outlining what counts as anti-social behaviour, what your Tenancy Services Officer can do to help and what action we can take to deal with it. You can download the form which will let you report anti-social behaviour.

Most people of course want to live in a pleasant area and see their community thrive, and it is those people who will be interested in the section on Neighbourhood Investment.
