By 2008 we aim to be:

• Helping more people - at least 15% more service users benefiting from L&Q SL's support
• Homes for the 21st century - 1,700 existing homes brought up to a set standard, and 300 new homes provided
• Delivering the best customer satisfaction in the sector
• Delivering the best value for money service in the sector
• Delivering the best outcomes for service users in the sector
• L&Q SL recognised as a sector leader and innovator

L&Q SL will use benchmarking and customer feedback to measure its progress.
