  1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw upon the satisfaction of the following terms and conditions unless you contact us at the following email address: compoptout@lqgroup.org.uk and state that you do not wish to be entered into the draw.
  3. Subject to the above, you will be entered into the draw if you agree to purchase an L&Q New Build HomeBuy property between 9:00 am on 11th January 2010 and midday on 30th March 2010, exchange contracts on the same property before 31st March 2010 and go on to complete the purchase of the property by 30th April 2010. Entries received from agents or third parties on your behalf will be disqualified, and will not be entered into the draw.
  4. To enter this prize draw, you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old.
  5. The prize draw will take place on 3rd May 2010.
  6. There are 4 prizes only. The prize is a makeover consultation with Derek Taylor and £4,000 worth of goods (excluding white goods).
  7. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  8. The four winners will be chosen at random from entries submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize makeover dates will be arranged with the winners within four weeks of the draw being made.
  9. L&Q may disqualify you from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
  10. The prize draw is not open to employees of L&Q, or any subsidiary, or other organisation which forms part of L&Q, or to anyone else involved in the organisation of the draw, or their direct family members.
  11. Each of the winners agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the draw.
  12. L&Q does not accept responsibility for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this competition or any prize.
  13. To the extent permitted by law, L&Q excludes all warranties (whether express, or implied) representations and its liability regarding the draw and/or the prizes.
  14. L&Q will only use your personal details for the purpose of administering the competition.
