Pest control - who is responsible?

Is L&Q responsible? What advice can we give?

Mice - In a House L&Q is not responsible unless it occurs in temporary accommodation.
Mice - In multiple dwellings L&Q is not responsible if it occurs in an individual unit. If more than one flat is affected we are responsible and a surveyors inspection will be made to arrange block treatment.
Mouse Holes We will only block these once the mice have been eradicated.
Rats Yes L&Q is responsible.
Cockroaches Yes L&Q is responsible.
Insects - ants, beetles, bugs, bedbugs etc. L&Q is not responsible. Residents are advised to purchase products from a hardware store or contact local Authority Pest Control department - there will be a charge for this service.
Wasps L&Q is not responsible unless it occurs in communal areas.
Bees L&Q is not responsible You may want to contact a local bee keeper.
Pigeons A Surveyors inspection will be raised to assess the situation.
Squirrels L&Q is responsible as squirrels may cause damage to property if left untreated.
