Paying your rent by standing order

A Standing Order is an instruction given to your bank or building society to pay L&Q a set amount, at regular intervals (e.g. on the 1st of the month) for a specific period of time or until canceled.

Any person with a current account at a UK bank or building society can set up a standing order.

Before you set up your standing order, you will need to obtain our bank details by contacting us on 0800 015 6536 option 3 and speaking to a member of our Revenue team.

Please remember:

• to use your tenancy reference number as your payment reference otherwise the monies cannot be allocated to your rent account
• with a standing order, you will need to give your bank/building society new instructions each time a change is needed
