Making a payment online couldn't be simpler - you just need your tenancy reverence number and a debit or credit card:
- Go to the Allpay website
- You will be prompted to enter your tenancy reference
number
- The site automatically identifies the first time you use this
site and you will be asked to enter and confirm a password and an
email address to receive payment confirmation
- Each time you come back to the site you will be asked for this password
- You will then be greeted with a message confirming you are
making a payment to L&Q.
- You can enter the amount you wish to pay and the details of the credit/debit card from which you wish the payment to be taken before clicking Pay Now.
- Upon successful completion of the payment, a confirmation page
will appear providing you with a payment reference and
authorisation code.
- You will also receive a confirmation email.
