Homeowners - our responsibilities

As the freeholder of your property we will:

• Arrange an insurance policy for your building
• Consult you about any works that will cost more than £250 per home
• Consult you about any contract that will last for more than 12 months and cost you more than £100 a year
• Produce audited service charge accounts within six months of the end of the financial year, and forwarding this to you by September 30
• Keep the structure, common parts and outside of the property in good repair
• Not unreasonably refuse you permission for improvements or alterations you want to make to your home
