Grove Park Homes Community Board

Grove Park Homes Community Board is a formally constituted committee and the main body that L&Q will consult on resident requirements.

The purpose of the board is to represent the interests of all L&Q's residents in Grove Park, both tenant and leaseholder, and ensure that housing management services remain accountable.

The board is made up of tenants, leaseholders and independent members. Their responsibilities are varied and include budget priorities, selecting contractors and agreeing delivery programmes.

The board monitors L&Q in Grove Park on the delivery of responsive and planned maintenance and ensures that promises are kept and standards maintained.

The board also makes suggestions for improvement to L&Q where we consider it necessary.
