Show homes in Forest Hill

L&Q have promised that we will invest £30 million in the first five years into the homes and environment of Forest Hill, Sydenham and Perry Vale.

Two thirds of that will be invested in new bathrooms, kitchens and windows. We're promising high standards in the work that we'll do, and a high standard in the materials used.

But we know it's not enough to talk about the quality. You need to see it for yourselves. That's why we've set up two show homes for you to come and visit!
