We are delighted that in January residents overwhelmingly chose L&Q to be their new landlord.

Now we have the green light from you, we have already begun preparing for your homes to transfer to us from Lewisham in October 2010.

Remember, until the transfer takes place, you are still a resident of Lewisham Homes.
