Show flat at Kingsfield House

The new show flat at Kingsfield House on the Lambscroft Estate has been completed.

If you live in Grove Park and you're having improvement work done to your home, then we will shortly be inviting you along to the show flat.

You'll be able to look at all the options for kitchens and bathrooms, and choose which one you want. We can also show you added extras, such as oven-hobs, extractor fans, power showers and shower screens, which you can buy at a reasonable price.

Timetable for kitchen and bathroom replacements

Kitchen and bathroom replacements and electrical upgrades started in March 2009 and will continue through to 2011.

Window replacements

Works to install windows and doors to 320 houses is completing in October, with a very high tenant satisfaction - 96% - being reported in our Post Works Survey.

Works to install windows to 350 flats will commence in October and is anticipated to run until March 2010.

Other maintenance works

There are many works and feasibility studies running at the moment, including structural repairs, water main replacements, roadway resurfacing, roof replacements and external decorations.
