L&Q has been chosen as the preferred housing association on a number of stock transfers in recent years.

Stock transfers
Residents from Forest Hill, Rushey Green and Catford have voted to transfer their homes to L&Q. Work will now start on homes in these areas to update them to the Government's Decent Home standards.
