West neighbourhood: ‘champions’ share ideas

Residents who are, or would like to become, 'neighbourhood champions' got together recently to share information and ideas.

Neighbourhood champions are an extra link between L&Q and local residents. They help to improve the environment of particular estates or local areas. There are now nearly 90 neighbourhood champions in the West neighbourhood alone.

At the recent events in Slough and in East Acton in Hammersmith & Fulham, residents also got a feel of the role and what was expected of them.
