Satisfaction 80 per cent

Resident satisfaction with L&Q has broken the 80% mark for 2010/2011.

Despite working in extremely difficult economic conditions, we have made resident satisfaction our number one priority and were delighted when the results of our independent surveys revealed that satisfaction among residents has reached 80.2%.

This is the third year running that satisfaction has increased, and according to rankings by the UK Customer Satisfaction Index we are now delivering “world class” satisfaction.

Looking ahead, resident satisfaction will remain at the heart of everything we do at L&Q and by providing a more local service we aim to make even more progress in the months and years ahead.
