Management Development

At L&Q we recognise the important contribution managers make to developing our people. By on-the-job training, regular coaching and behaviour modelling, managers are best placed to ensure our commitment to people development is met. We invest in a range of management development programmes to ensure our managers are properly equipped for their role as people developers.

L&Q Leadership Academy - Cranfield

Run in partnership with the Cranfield School of Management, the L&Q Leadership Academy is a flagship programme that aims to develop L&Q managers in a holistic fashion, where unique culture of L&Q values, shared leadership and collaborative learning are at heart.

ILM Level 5 in Management & Leadership

The programme has been designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers a solid foundation for their formal development in this role. It can be an effective management tool that can assist in improving management & team performance.

ILM Level 3 in management

The programme has been designed to develop the leadership and management skills of practicing or aspiring first line managers.
