Resident Involvement
As a resident you are best placed to tell us what we do well and where we could do better. Involving you in our work will help us improve the services we deliver and the quality of our residents lives.
It is easy to get involved in L&Q. We have worked with residents to develop a range of interesting and rewarding ways for you to participate.
We encourage participation from all residents, particularly groups who have traditionally been under-represented. Each resident can choose how they would like to work with us and the level of their involvement based on their own circumstances. We provide training and support to help you develop any skills you need. We also cover expenses, such as childcare and travel costs.
This section of the website gives you more information on resident involvement and the different opportunities available at L&Q.

Ten ways to get involved
For a brief overview, why not read our suggestions on ten ways to get involved?
Co-regulation
L&Q residents monitor and scrutinise our performance, holding us to account if we don't deliver. This approach, where social landlords work with residents to assess performance, is known as co-regulation.
