At L&Q we always aim to maximise our residents' satisfaction with homes, services and neighbourhoods. By getting involved with our work, you can help us to improve the services we offer you.

How to make a complaint

If you're not happy with the service you recieve from L&Q, you can use the complaints procedure to log any complaints.
