How we are organised

L&Q's organisational structure allows us to respond to local needs whilst we grow as an organisation. We operate across London and the South-East of England.

We have two regions which, between them, cover all the London boroughs and counties in which we operate. We also have a number of central departments.

North Region

The North Region covers the area north of the River Thames, and is broken down into two neighbourhoods: West Neighbourhood and North-East Neighbourhood.

South Region

The South Region covers the area south of the River Thames, and is broken down into two neighbourhoods: South Neighbourhood and South-East Neighbourhood.

Related groups and organisations

L&Q governing board is responsible for all the work carried out by L&Q and ensures that the executive group manages its day to day work efficiently.

We have a Residents board and Neighbourhood Committees for residents who would like to take on greater responsibility in shaping and improving our services.

L&Q is an Industrial and Provident Society with exempt charitable status.
