Who do I complain to about the quality of my Support Service?

 If you are not happy with the quality of support you are getting from your support provider, in the first instance we would encourage you to talk to them about it. Support is regulated by the local authority Supporting People Teams. It is always better to try the support provider first if this isnt L&Q. If you remain unhappy you are able to raise your concerns with the local authority Supporting People Team.
