What supported housing do you provide?

L&Q is one of the largest RSLs in London and the South East and has over 4000 homes specifically designed to meet the needs of vulnerable adults and young people that need help to stay in their own homes. L&Q does not generally provide Supporting People funded support, or care services directly. We work with a range of specialist agencies that provide the support service and these agencies employ and manage the staff that provide the support. As landlord, we provide services such as maintenance, cleaning, gardening and can help you with issues such as anti-social behaviour in your neighbourhood, and if you wish to transfer to another home.
