Yes. L&Q operate a service called KiT [Keep It - as in 'Keep your tenancy']. This service provides help to residents who are having difficulties and need help to keep their home which might be at risk if the situation continues. Examples of help include help to claim benefit entitlement, or help to deal with behaviour that might be putting the tenancy at risk.
