29. What is the Help Scheme?

The government have set up a Help Scheme to assist the elderly and other groups of people needing assistance to make the switch to digital. Unfortunately, the scheme does not apply to communal aerial/dish systems. But if your flat is not being upgraded by L&Q to receive digital TV and your block does not have a communal system, then you may qualify. See 30.e below.
