5. Is every L&Q property being upgraded?

No. L&Q’s Digital TV upgrade programme generally applies only to properties with 4 or more units/dwellings/flats. Residents in properties with less than 4 units will receive advice on what they have to do, but in general it will be up to them. There are exceptions to the above such as for example houses currently fed by a nearby communal system, which will either be included or provided with a new stand-alone aerial. Also blocks that already have a communal TV and satellite reception system (IRS or IRS+) will in general not be upgraded.
