What does my management fee cover?

Your management fee pays for three important areas of service which we provide:

  1. The cost of providing staff at your local Neighbourhood Office to visit the block/scheme where you live to make sure that our contractors are doing a good job (e.g. grounds maintenance and cleaning to shared areas). Local staff also make sure we regularly service and maintain items like lifts and door entry-systems.
  2. The cost of working out your service charge and checking expenditure to make sure we’ve been charged the right amount and that we’re getting value for money. It also covers the cost of an independent firm to audit our accounts.
  3. The cost of collecting your service charge.
