I pay for a caretaker. How do you work out these costs?

Caretaker costs are calculated by taking your caretaker’s salary, plus other associated costs, such as transport, National Insurance and pension contributions, and supervisory costs, and dividing the total amongst the number of properties that he or she visits. We also take into account the number of hours the caretaker spends at each development when working out the cost to you of providing this service.
