Choice Based Lettings - how do I bid?
In order to bid, you must be a L&Q resident and have registered for a transfer by completing a transfer form.

Choice Based Lettings - can I bid for any property advertised?
No. You can only bid for L&Q homes and you can not bid for any home larger than you need.

Choice Based Lettings - how many bids can I make?
You can place two bids each week.

Choice Based Lettings - can I withdraw my bid?
Yes, you can withdraw your bid any time up until the bidding cycle closes (midnight on Mondays).

Choice Based Lettings - can I bid if I am in rent arrears?
In the Choice Based Lettings Scheme, you will not be allowed to bid if you have arrears of £1,000 or more.

Choice Based Lettings - what happens after I make a bid?
When bidding closes, the bids received for each home are ranked according to your banding and time spent waiting on the transfer list.

We prefer to contact you by telephone but we can also e-mail, text or send you messages through your account on the Choice Based Lettings website.

Choice Based Lettings - are any residents excluded from bidding?
If you have rent arrears of over £1000 you will not be allowed to bid on the Choice Based Lettings website.
